Ross MacRae is an illustrator, painter and muralist born in Stirling and raised in the Scottish borders. His work ranges from small intricate pencil drawings to large scale spray painted murals. using mainly traditional methods and techniques You can expect to see within his work surreal twisting landscapes populated with otherworldly creatures and beings. Behind every tree or beneath every toad stool ross has always taken a delight in leaving hidden details for his viewers to find, time and time again.
after graduating from Edinburgh college of art in 2012 studying illustration he has since been a professional freelance artist taking commissions as well as Selling his works in various exhibitions and shops across Scotland and internationally
